Your plumber will understand your situation and provide as much help as possible over the phone until they are able to attend to your job as well as ensuring they have the right equipment to effectively provide a resolution.

In emergency situations, we will make every effort to attend to your job on the same day as your call.  We will schedule a mutually convenient time to meet with you and we will arrive at your premises within the quoted timeframe. If an unavoidable delay is experienced, we will call and inform you of the expected time of arrival.

If there is more than one potential solution for your job, we will advise you of the various scenarios, associated costs and final result allowing you to make an informed decision. Our Plumbers are courteous and friendly and only too happy to discuss your current situation and provide advice on the various options available to you to ensure your future needs are met – including more environmentally friendly and more efficient methods.

Our plumbers will provide you with an upfront, ‘no surprises’ fixed price quotation and an estimated time required to complete the work. No matter how long the job takes, you won’t pay any more. Our plumbers can also provide photos and reports for insurance claims if required.

Paul Richards Plumbing is fully licensed and we only employee experienced plumbers. We will carry out all works compliant with the New South Wales Code of Practice – Plumbing and Drainage AS3500. We only install and repair in line with the manufactures’ installation and repair guidelines as well as providing materials and products that meet Australian Standards. You can be assured of quality workmanship as we hold a full Contractor Licence for Plumbing and Gas Fitting, through the NSW Department of Fair Trading (Licence No. 213420C) as well as applicable insurances such as Home Builders Warranty, Public Liability and Workers Compensation.
